BWSSB, combined with the POOR design of Pure It Auto! its a nightmare (literally), since my folks had to spend a clean 2-3 hours wiping the floor @ 3AM in the MORNING. This has happened many times! I have lodged so many complaints and no action has been taken till date. I never in my dreams thought the HUL would give such a poorly designed product to its trusty customers. Shame on the Pure It Auto service process. They never even check if the complaint is pending even after 10 days! The hell to the Vija yanagar Pure It branch!
