Poor customer service

Sir,

I bought a Motorola WK290 phone from a Mobile Store Limited in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Address-Shop no.20&21, Caravs Plaza, Station Road, Civil Lines Jabalpur, Dated 05.09.2010 for Rs 1800 .

Invoice Number is 831/706166.

After some days the phone started giving me trouble. It would stop working all of a sudden and would not start for a long time. I asked the shop keeper to take back the phone and return my money but he repaired the phone and gave it back to me.

However, the same problem started again. When I asked for my money back, the sales people said that the matter would be decided by Ms. Rashmi, who is one of the sales person there. I made multiple trips but could not meet her as she was never in the shop. Now, after more than a year, they are at last ready to give me a refund but only Rs.1000.

I want a refund of the entire money i.e. Rs.1800 Rs1000 as compensation, as I have been making frequent trips to the shop to get my money back and have never received the service that you promise to customers. The bad quality of the phone and the poor service has greatly frustrated me over the course of a year and you must take responsibility for it.

Otherwise I will file litigation in the consumer court for Rs. 10, 000 for mental agony and inconvenience caused to me. Kindly do the needful.
