Am Salman Kazi. I had purchased Pure It, and my customer Id number is 919060335199. I had placed a order for germ kill kit on 16-10, the product was delivered on 17-10. After the replacement i found water was having a very bad taste, and was not fit for drinking. I gave a call to Hindustan Uniliver costumer care on same day raising a complaint. from 17-10 till 23-10, i.e today, my problem is not been solved. Every day i have to give a call to customer care and spend 45 min talking with them, explaining my problem. I didn't get a single call from the technical team. every time i give a call i hear a same line saying my problem will be resolved shortly, The complaint number given to me by the company was B113786955 & C113790172.
