Even after puting a complaint and 3 calls to their call centers and a complaint through this forum, still no follow up on the customer complaints... this shows how much this company cares for the after sales service and the consumers. Can I please have the email ID of HUL CEO, I hope he would find a solution to my and all other unfortunate pureit consumers worries..
Finally can I get the germ kill kit in this week or should I just send you the bill for the water I am buying since last two weeks?
