Mother board problem

My mobile suddenly hanged and didnot work. I inquired about the service centre and i found it near secretariat, Hyd. they said there is a complaint in mother board. i submitted my mobile ten days back and din't get it repaired. please help me to overcome this problem. Thanks, p.arunkishore
