Hi Everyone,

I'm Jitendra, staying in Electronic City, Bangalore. I've purchase HUL Pureit water purifier before 9 months. They told me at the time of purchasing that we need to replace the germ kill kit after 6-7 months. We used it & when we used it for 6 months, the water in it was showing white precipitates in it. so we thought we must replace the battery kit & ordered it by tollfree no. But its been 2 months I've registered complains also 4 times but they are nor either coming nor replying me back. So the question is that if HUL has the poor quality of after sale service then why you are not keeping the battery kits at the dealer's place? So that we can go & buy it by ourselves. We don't need to depend on these liars. If any of the HUL personnel is reading this complain I can only advise them plz keep the germ kill kits at dealer's place. Don't think about our convenience because you people can make false promises, you don't have the guts to fulfill it. Don't show in tv that 1 crore challenge.By dissatisfying your loyal customers you are only loosing your market share continously... So friends its better to go with the water purifiers costing around 4-5 thousand but never opt for this shortcut cheap water purifier...
