Systemic fault in Pureit Marvela

Ever since I have purchased a 'PureIt Marvela', about 8 months ago; there is a recurrent problem of leakage. On the top of that, the after-sales service of the company is miserable. Each time the service guys fix the problem temporarily, but it arrives in a week's time. In fact they say there is a problem in the water supply of my apartment, which causes the machine to leak. I think there is a manufacturing/systemic defect in the machine! The company never disclosed any such red flags at the time of buying, instead promoted the fact that this can be fitted directly to the water (supply) tap. I should be compensated by HUL.
