Icam 16 Digital handy cam
Defective item was supplied

I have purchased icam 16 handy cam through Times of india advt. in news paper. in Februaryfrom TVC Sky Shop. They supplied me a defective item on 20 th february for which I have paid Rs.4500. I complined over phone on 22- Feb itself. My order No is OC 2554186. Even after repeated requests of mine over the phone I have not got any replacement. Now it is more than 4 months. This has created lot of mental tension for me. Please solve my problem as early as possible.&-v.umashanka
