Conversion of prepaid to postpaid

Dear Sir

I applied for for the conversion of prepaid to postpaid on 6/8 . The executive at reliance, nagpur Dhantoli said that your connection will start immediately next day. But till date my it is not done. I had visited two times but still it is not done
