Non replacement

I brought e-71 on 25th august.now, it has trouble with its front camera as well as back camera.i send it to the service centre, they later send it to noida; after 10-12 days they responded that the camera has been broken internally but as a matter of fact i never had any accident with my nokia mobile.

EVEN THOUGH THE MOBILE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD NOKIA SIMPLY WALK AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY SAYING THAT THEY CAN NOT REPLACE IT.
