Deducting amount from prepaid Bal without any subscription and after unsubscribing stated deduction for another service

The company is deducting subscription amount from the prepaid balance without any subscription made by the customer and when talked to customercare they asked to unsubscribe the service when unsubscribed from the service they deducted one month more amount and started deducting for another service i.e. caller tunes this way they have cheated the customer mobile no. 9359342379.

Thou the amount may be small if this amount is they are doing for multiple customers than it is alarming
