We have purchased washing machine on 8th april but from begining machine was'nt working properly we lodge the complain and service engineer came and adjusted something but the problem was not solve, it took about 2 months, we again lodge the comlain. The complain numbers are as follow N-P 0809001775, and the latest one is N-P 1109000211.We are everyday followed and being assured the service engineer will come and attend the problem but nothing is happening. THIS IS THE HEIGHT CARELESSNES FROM YOUR PART, after byuing such a costly machine customers are regularly facing the problems and manully washing this is totally inhumiliation. please look in the matter imideately.
