Ad service, mishandling and delay

There was a display problem on my moto rokr U9 cell phone. So i gave it to a motorolla service centre as it was under warranty then. The ser centre was located in thane (w) neer talav pali. After few days i went to collect the cell phone and saw that the problems were not rectified and the warranty period was over. I explained the problem and gave the cell phone once again to him. after that he kept on delaying. His cell phone was swithed off whenever i tried calling him. Visits to the service centre went in vain. And eventually when i got my cell phone after 2 1/2 months, it was in the worst condition possible. the display (front and in) was badly scratched, the flap was very shaky, the display problem was still not resolved, the phone's edge was broken and the chip inside was visible. I did not eccept the phone and gave it back to him. It has been 15 days and i am not able to reach him. His cell phone is Switched Off and i've heard that the service centre has shut down.
