FAULT IN SET

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to inform you that I had purchase a NOKIA Mobile "2630 model Black colour" having IMEI No. 352928022248716 from "THE MOBILE STORE, Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., Dharampura Bazar, Patiala (Punjab) on 30.03.09. Invoice No is PB/01420/00001/6650 dt. 30.03.09. Copy of the Invoice is enclosed herewith.

I faced the erupted/disturbed sound problem in the mobile handset and the mobile handset was handed over for repair on 3.04.09. to THE MOBILE STORE, Essar telecom Retail Ltd, Patiala and they have given the receipt of the handset which is enclosed herewith. Handset was handed over to us on 7.04.09.

We have faced the same problem again and the handset was again handed over to the Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., Dharampura Bazar, Patiala for replacement (agreed by them). they have informed that the new handset is not available and they will arrange the same within a week. However, we have not received the handset till now inspite of repeated reminders by personally meeting the salesman and the Head (Mr. Sumit). Now they are refusing to provide the new Handset.

It is really frustrating and we have faced lot of harassment in the hands of the Essar Telecom Retail Ltd. We could not communicate with others since mobile is not available.

Now we request you to kindly intervene in the matter and sort out the issue otherwise we have to take legal action against the above Store and Nokia Company.

We will be highly obliged if the settlement is done at the earliest.
