HiI had activated internet on my cell phoneof 98 pack ie: 1 month free use. Suddenly my main balance started deducting. So i called idea customer care in regards of deducting my main balance. I was taking to him n i could'nt understand what he was saying n before my conversation could end, he hanged- up my call. I was annoyed with his behaviour. Than i called again cust. care n he solved my problem. So it was my 1st time who disconnected my call which made me angry.
Now on 07/01/'11 again i got again problem with my internet on cell so i called cust. care on 12/01/'11 so he told me to restart my cell. Than i've did it exactly what he sad. But it was useless. Than again i called cust. care on 13/01/'11 than i was talking to him and he also disconnected my call befor my conversation could end. So now my query is than for what u'll are seating there, just to recieve customers call's and to disconnect call without solving their problem?
