Idea Netsetter
Not working from last 2 month and i had given complains 5 times but customercare does not given any response

Hi my name is sanjay i had taken a new idea netsetter conection 5 months before, from last 2 months it is not working i had given complaint so many times but customer care has not given any response, after 2 months they are asking about two months rent, can u pls help to get a new connection or the same connection will work, because i had paid 2000 for purchasing netsetter. my idea netsetter number is 8124121757,
