Does not work proper manne

Sir i have purchashed net setter before 1 month the service provider says in 2G network it provide at mininimum 100 kb/s speed and maximum 236 kb/s speed but it will give only 10-25 kb/s speed i will contineously contact the customer care but solution will not done please .solve this matte
