Resp sir i bought a idea netsetter from idea authorised shop placed @ vadodara (gujarat) Landmark- name of the complex from where i bought. I bought it on 15th of jan. and 2 the time of paying i was told that i will get the bill copy same day eve. and after a survey of my house and location the services will be activated within 8 hours or so. Which they failed. It was nt activatred till 16th. So v went personally 2 lodge a complaint where they asked for a data card no. Which they had nt given.(for which v were unknown). At that time they gave us the data card no which was already opened, actually speaking v should bgiven sealed.anyway the matter does nt end here. It got activated immediately. But on 10th of february the services were d-activated on asking v were said that bcz of high bill they had done so, so v went again personally and asked 4 the bill that time we came 2 know the last date of the bill was 22 feb, and it was de-act bfr that. Ok it does end here. The real problem starts here.according 2 the bill given 2 us was showing us roughly 1400/-and the maximum usage was shown on 15 16th janu.where our net service was nt activated. Than the question is who made this misuse aand how? Now bcz of this mistakes we had had asked them 2 d-activate the services on 10th of feb itself (honestly speaking v had gone postpaid 299 plan and 15 and 16 th dates shows prepaid bill).therreafter we went 4 a new connection. Now v want 2 c that either company or the dealer pays the full ammount 4 the nettsetter ie rs 22200/ - which they denie. I would like 2 ask dear chair person why should i nt get ammount? pl give me the justice. And c 2 it that these kind of people dnt play dirty game with any people.
