Activation of services automatically

My mobile no. is 9911798747. on my phone there is some services which is automatically activated and charges also deducted . i have deactivated these services so many times but these are again activated and balanced deducted. 500rupees has been charged since two month. ppppplz deactivated all these services and refund my all money.

otherwise i will go to the consumer court.
