Non working of machine

I have puchased a ifb washing machine model no 8062 from razzle dazzle . a complaint was lodged for non function of ifb fully automatic machine which is under waranty on 14-1, 15-1, 16-1, 17-1, 18-1, 19-1 but till today no service engineer has been attending i have been calling their call centre and local service centre but no response from them will you please look into this matte
