I have given a complaint on 14-06 5.30 PM. complaint number is 4642751.Murali from IFB service center attended the call on 16-06.He told that mother board has failed and it is under warranty so we will give replacement. As of today-13-07 not replaced. I am calling to service center from past 15 days they were not giving proper response. I have a 15 years experience with electronics goods and shops. But nobody gave such worst response. I have interacted with IFB employees Jabeen, Murali, Anjan, and Babu. They will tell only answer is “Tomorrow”. I think tomorrow never comes. As per my personal experience please don’t go for IFB product. The technical problem is always will be there for electronics machines. But as they are not consider the customers as human beings. They don’t have some responsibility for customers. Also I have lost around 150 rupees for calling them. I am a common man in india I don’t have any options I will wait for their response.
