I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT NUMBER 4977589 FOR REPAIRING MY IFB WASHING MACHINE WHICH IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD. THEN IT HAD COSTED RS 26000/- . SINCE MY COMPLAIN:-
1.THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPAIR IT.
2.DURING LAST TWO MONTHS THE FAULT HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED.
3.TWICE THE MOTHER BOARD HAS BEEN REPLACED
4.NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY THE MOTOR SINCE LAST TEN DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT BUT DID NOT COME BACK AFTER PROMISING FOR CHANGE THE NEXT DAY.
5.THE DOOR LID SWITCH HAS BEEN REPLACED ONCE.
6.THEN IT WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE WILL HAVE TO BE SENT TO OKHALA FOR REPAIR AND LATER SAOD THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED AT HOME.
7. THE COST HAS BEEN TOLD AROUND RS 15000/- TO 17000/- WHICH IS ONLY RS 7000/- LESS THAN A NEW MACHINE.
NO ONE IS EVER AAVAILABLE EXCEPT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. TELEPHONE NUMBERS OF CO-ORDINATORS ARE NOT ATTENDED EVER WHICH HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES (NOs OF SOME MONA AND SONA{GOD KNOWS WHO ARE THEY}).
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME TO SOLVE MY AGONY
IT IS PATHETIC THAT REPUTED COMPANY LIKE THIS BEHAVING IN THIS MANNER.
