I am an owner of washing machine IFB Alena. Now it is not working. I called service agency at Kollam, Kerala, which is our nearest (Venture Electronics, Kollam). They never cared or attended. Then i registerd complaint online and through sms on 20/08/10.One David called me and promised to solve the complaint (complaint is that the waterdoes not flow out and drier not functioning properly). But of no use. Though one Suresh from kayamkulam contacted me, he never came. I am really helpless. what action shall i take.am i punished for selecting ur brand? pls help me
