ON LODGING COMLAIN ON-LINE WITH IFB; THIER FBD.SERV.CNTR.I/C.MS.DEEPIKA REPLY WAS THAT THEY WILL ONLY GIVE 10% DISCOUNT ON TOTAL BILL; BUT THEIR TECH.MR.MOHAN WAS OFFERING REPAIRS FREE OF COST BY MAKINF AMC;IF WE PAY HIM 1000/- AMC.FEES ON 21/06.

NOW I AM FED UP FROM THIS W.M/C.& YOUR SERVICE SYSTEMS;BECAUSE THIS DEFECTIVE M/C. IS TROUBLING ME FROM THE VERY BEGINING OF PURCHASING ON 11/05 i.e. WITHIN 1YR.

SO, HEREBY, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE RECTIFY ON FOC. BASIS; OTHERWISE I WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO PUT THIS CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.
