Dear sir / madam

i m user of ur product from last 2 years bt i m not satisfied by ur services coz machine created prob for me in gurantee period 3 times now there is same problem again The P C B is not working properly.

i m requesting u to pls take this case as urgently.

i hope u will understand the situation n u will complete the job before i take any legal action through consumer court.
