We have purchased IFB washing machine Serena in the month of October. The customer service of IFB is so poor that despite calling their Raipur customer care and toll free number repeatedly, we have not received washing machine stand even now. We have even tried to contact a senior official on his cell phone but the number provided was either a wrong number or the person deliberately did not want to pick up.
It is now almost two months since we ordered for the washing machine stand. We wonder that if anything goes wrong in the washing machine itself, we will have to go back to hand washing our clothes because IFB representatives are never going to trouble themselves to come to us.
