Inefficiency in attending the complaint

My washing machine is not working since last month and i have loged a complaint for it for 50 times. But till date i.e 7.01.2010 the problem has not been solved. The complaint details are 3869625 dated on 14.12.2009 and 3911602 on 23.12.2009. The authority is continuosly promising of sending the technician but at the end of the day nobody turns up. The complaint has even been even made to the higher authority (Mr Mitesh Jain, head of IFB, Gujarat). But yet no concrete steps have been taken and my machine has not yet started.
