My IFB washing machene Senator model is under AMC. Lodged a service call to IFB's customercare on 12-04 and the request is registered under No. 4375225 . On 14th a service guy came and checked the machene and promissed to come back the next day with required spares. Even today 27-04 (after 13 days) nobody has turned up. Calls made to IFB customercare is of no use and nothing happens. They give few contact numbers of officials and nobody picks up any of those numbers. Even if somebody pickups no proper response is given. It is very frustrating to be without a washing machene.
