COMPLAINT: HEAVPoor service for horrible product
This in continuation to the complaint i had registered 40 Days back on 8 march about my washing machine which i bought with hope that all my washing problems are ultimately over. but its very disspointing to sy that they have only increased in terms of money expense. before this we were using samsung machine which never gave any problem ever... we sold it in excellent working condition after using it for more than 6 years.
IFB senorita dx 5.5 kg is a very expensive affair to maintain in bangalore. every week i call to customer service to solve heavy noise problem and each service engineer gives me a different story and sells some product worth nothing less than 300/- RS.to1500 (stand, washing machine cover descaling powder etc.
I have already spent 3000/- Rs. onthis machine within 2 months time of its purchase. I cannot afford it. front load detergent IFB protecta desacl stand washing machine cover all this is very expensive on pockect and with it i'm still srubbing my clothes with hand only.
I want money from the company for the headache i bought falling prey to salesmanship.
