I own IFB Washing m/c - DIVA Model. This machine went down on 26.01.2011. I launched complaint with customer care & loddge complaint no. 53527348 assuring it will be attended within 24 working hours. Company's representative visited m/c & found power supply card faullty. M/c is still lying idle due to want of spares from IFB..This type of customer service IFB is providing for which necessary actions needs to be taken.
