Washing m/c service - reg

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we handed over the washing m/c and thumble drier for service purpose to the local service dealer m/s. sree varshini enterprises, tirupur.

After one year we received them and that also after the complaint to the customer care.

Again we handed over another washing m/c to them and the same problem continues for the past four months.so far no responce, whenever we called they told the head of person is out of station and after confirmation we will inform to you.

But, still we are waiting for the reply. WE WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE IFB SROPPED THE PRODUCTION OF SPARES or supply of spares to the service dealer.
