It is really unfortunate that being a customer of IFB for more than a decade and regularly renewing the AMC is of no effect. Its sheer wastage of money!!

My IFB washing machine is not working for the past 12 days. After lot of deliberations I could reach out to the service folks of IFB on Aug 26th. They assured of sending a service engineer within 48 hours but astonishingly nobody turned up with a solution. The complaint no. is 7026061.

Today agin I tried reaching to the cell nos. provided by IFB people - 9941258973 and 9344011778. While, there is no response on the first cell no., the 2nd no. was reachable and the lady attending to my call assured that she will get back to me within 30 minutes. To my utter despair, its been more than 2 hours now and I am yet to receive any call!!

Such casual and non - professional approach of a reputed company is beyond understanding. And this has been a regular affair with IFB. Need to see some action taken such that consumer does not suffer the way I am suffering.
