I had purchased an IFB Washing Machine Model No. T2900DX and Serial No. 59703 from S.S. Annamalai Enterprises, Chennai. My permanent ID.104894. From the day I bought the machine it is under Annual Maintenance Contract. The Contract is valid till 22/11. I had confidence on IFB machine and service and that is the reason why i bought this machine. Now they are refusing to take the Annual Maintenance Contract for this particular model. Recently I even spent a lump-sum amount on the body of machine thinking you would be providing service.
The machine is singled handled and also well-maintained in good condition. As a special case kindly grant the Annual Maintenance Contract for future years.
