We have been requesting for fixing the drainage pipe by IFB for the past one month. No one is responding inspite of lodging complaint to the toll free nos.and local pondicherry nos.
It's pathetic situatation. I wonder why i bought an IFB product. We reside at near Thavalakuppam, Anugraha township in pondicherry.
