Pathetic Customer Sevice

I seem to have made the biggest mistake by buying a product from IFB. Something went wrong with it and its been 1 week and no one is ready to come and service it, I have made more than 50 calls. When I called the service center (Antek services) last time today, they were rude and said, "do whatever you can we will not service it!! "

This is hieghts. DONT EVER BUY AN IFB PRODUC I SWEAR!
