Poor Service_AMC_KGS Enterprises

Sir,

Due to frequent issues, we put AMC for IFB Executive plus. Initially we had water leakage issue. The technical person from M/sKGS Enterprises Pvt Ltd., Chennai (AMC) attended the fault. In next week itself, the machine was not worked. Again we had made complaint#8742298. Numerous follow up calls were done from our side. But, the issue was not resolved. Whenever we called Customer CAre, they are not able to solve the issue rather than saying, " WE ARE EXPECTING THE SPARE PARTS. The issue will be resolved tomorrow". We are not happy with the service.

Please try to resolve this issue.
