We bought an IFB washing machine (Senator DX, customer ID- 2140130) on DECEMBER... over a month of time it got repair... i have made all most 6 complaints calls..its just a 3 months old machine, service people came and changed the motor and interface PCP board, like a trial and error, they does not know the exact problem in the machine and solution for it..even after changing still its in problem... after changing the motor and pcp board, i have made 2 complaint calls for replacement, still their are not ready to take the replacement complaint into action.. we bought it for 24, 890, we have not used it even for a month... we are requesting for replacement but they reply too harsh in customer care (186042556781)... we struggled and got a contact number for replacement department (302885 11/12), but no one is attending the call for service.
