It is in sheer disgustion that I am having to lodge this complaint with your company, in the hope that we would finally have a solution to our problem. My washing machine IFB Senator has not been working since Jan 19 . The washing machine is under AMC and as per normal procedure, we registered for the same to be repaired. However IFB has of late become very callous with their clients and are not bothered about customers once their product has been sold. Sad to say it is today a month since my washing machine stopped working, and there has been no postive response from the service personnel.

My machine AMC is under Perfect Cool who is Franchise of IFB. They have been visiting my home for the past one month. Everytime a new tecnician comes and they find new issue with the machine which is different from what wa diagnosed by earlier Technician.

Every time we call them, we are either given an appointment that they don’t keep or with a flimsy excuse that the spare parts are not available. It is appalling to see that a company manufactures machines without ensuring continuous supply of spare parts. If there is no action taken immediately, I am afraid I would have to escalate the matter with the press and the consumer court! IFB service really sucks!
