I have purchased Philips Water purifier 2 & 1/2 year back. Recently the leakage problem arise in the purifier for which I lodged complain through customer care and the relevent SR no. are - 503364 ; 516554 ; and 522318.
But the problem is still there and after so called repair the other
problem also started like not working of indicator.
And as per service man the said problem can't be repaired while he has changed one part of it in the name of solving the problem.
I could not understand, such small problem is not getting solved.
Should I approach local repair man as Philips co. can't repair their own product?
Kindly guide.
