WE CONTACTED YOUR AHMEDABAD SERVICE PERSONNEL BUT WE DEEPLY REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED AND THE M/C HAS BEEN KEPT DISMENTLED. TO OUR SURPRISE THE DRUM GOT DAMAGED WHICH IS A RARE INCIDENT AND IS PURELY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT SO THE SAME SHOULD BE REPLACED FFREE OF COST. BUT WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF THE CO. IS YOUR LETHARGIC APPROACH AND POOREST LEVEL OF SERVICE. SINCE MORE THAN ONE MONTH WE ARE DEPRIVED OF THE FACILITY OF THE WASHING MACHINE INSPITE OF SPENDING HUGE MONEY. YOUR PERSONNEL NEITHER GIVE RESPONSE TO OUR CALL NOR DO THEY ATTEND THE SERVICE CALL. THEN WHAT IS FUN IN SHOWING SERVICE CENTRES ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND MISGUIDE THE CONSUMERS. HOPE AFTER GETTING THIS COMPLAINT MY WASHING MACHINE WILL BE ATTENDED IMMEDIATELY
