I have never seen such lethargic customer care elsewhere. IFB sucks.
I have been following up with the customer care since the 10TH February TILL DATE and my AMC period is just getting wasted and no one seems to respond. Its terrible and pathetic. The branch managers react like dummies and ignorant people. They just do not know how to handle customers. THEY SEND THEIR TECHNICIANS WHO ARE TOTALLY RAW AND IGNORANT AND KEEP ON CHANGING THE PARTS OF THE MACHINE WITHOUT GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. THE RESULT IS THAT THE MACHINE IS NEVER FIT FOR WORKING.
