No of times technicians visited opened the machine, meddled with it and left it as it is.
on 12/07, Technicians from Home Care Solutions, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, Tel. No 040-40175157
have taken the machine to their workplace, and returned it on 04/09, collected Rs500 towards transport
charges, stating that the machine was completely repaired. To our surprise the Machine was in as is where
was condition. When we tried to contact them over phone they have stopped answering the call.
When we approach customer care centre we receive a rotine reply ' WE WILL SEND OUR SENIOR MOST TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY.'
