Purchased a front loading IFB washing machine on 2nd June (Model Elena, Capacity-6KG) From Jai mata Electronics Wardha Maharashtra, at the time of purchase the dealer promised that the company technician from the Yeotmal service center will come to install the machine within 48 hrs. the technician not yet installed it and on repeated reminders to the local dealer he says that the matter has been informed to the Yeotmal (Maharashtra) service center and he (Dealer) can not do much...
