Model not working properly

Sir,

i hv bought eureka forbes enhance from ghaziabad centre on 9 april.from the day it install it start creating problem m/c not working properly. i call many times to centre but there is no good response, after 2-3 days they send a person to check the machine he said one part of m/c is fused i said to change the m/c they take one month and i called them 100 times to change my m/c. now again my m/c starts creating problem and i called them and there is same response.i dont know why i bought the eureka forbes product.i will nevver bought this compony product again in my life.
