IFB 6Kg; Digital washing Machine, still in warrenty Period, is not been rectified off the dcomplaint given on 20-5. The machine, after running for some time shows fault E-06 on the digital disply. On checking the Coin Trap no material found in the coin trap. Even after cleaning the coin trap, and run the machine as directed in the user manual, the machine stops after running for some time. Particularly, the machine does not work in the 'spin' mode. Even after complainig many times the company does not care to send a knowldegable service personel and rectify the machine. This resulted in mounting of cloths for washinig in my house. We had to wash some cloths by hand for urgent need. I need immediate attending of the machine by the service people of the company and rectify the machine, so that the cloths waiting for wash foe more than 20days be washed immediatly.
