Hi, I bought a Aquaguard Reviva water ourifier from the eureka forbes technician in Mar/ Apr. I lodged cases to get my free service done on multiple occasions and none turned up. Now after a year I see that the water is not getting purified and the taste is bad. I lodged a complaint in apr and the case no is 84493481.Howevetr no one turned up. I have contacted the local service center on 04465719440 and a lady by teh name Saranya picked up and told that she will get back but she did not and when i called back several times the phone is not being picked up. I called up the sales man Mr. Karthikeyan as he at the time of purchase had promised asssitance for service and he said that he will look into it and he did not respond thereafter. I tried calling him back on his mobile - 9865946481 and to my shock it says he has blocked by number and teh call disconnects. Kindly assist me to get the issue resolved as I have a kid who drinks the water and I do not want my kid to drink this water - atleast for too long.
