Dear Sir/ Madam,
After repeatedly having a conversation with Philips Service Centre there has been no respite to my problem and all the team has done team does is come up with vague offers and ideas which are not acceptable to me, just to bring to your notice that i am still paying for a TV that i have not been able to watch for over a year, and this whole communication has been going back and forth like a tennis ball and I don't see any outcome. This clearly shows the commitment towards the clients and all that the company boasts of about client relations is just a farce. The people in the service centre have no respect for an individuals hard earned money. I can sadly say that this was the most disappointing and distasteful experience in my mind
and the mental stress that I have gone through.
It would be of great help if you could help me with this mess and guide me to take things forward.
