I have purchased Sonarita DX washing machine of IFB on 15/08 from Ashoka Trading Co vide invoice no-2438 and also paid for extended warranty scheme vide no-ext/Goa/02332 till 14/08. Ihave lodged complint on 07/09 vide 5061905 for repair of Door lock and the machine is not sucking water resulting non washing properly. After much followup they visited on 9th sept and said shall do with in 2-3 days. Then they vanished and after again i called up they visited did some repair and said some parts to be replaced. Till today no body has visited no replaced any parts. This is the service condition of one of the Indias most repuated Brand. Pls repair or replace the machine as it is under warranty.
