Hercules Pigment Industry, A1/2106, IIIrd Phase, GIDC, Vapi, have undergone an contract (AMC No. 047, Dt: 01/04) for service & maintenance of our air conditioner, since last two months we have lodged a complaint with them & also talked to Mr. Paras - representative of Onida in Vapi, Mobile No. 09925200149 to which an associate of M/s. High Chill agreed to come to service the air conditioner immediately, but no one has turned up as yet. I request you to take necessary actions against M/s. High Chill Air Conditioners at your earliest.
