Improper service and defective peice

I have purchased a phone of Micromax company model no. Q3 from telephone shopee based at kothrud, pune. I am facing a lot of problems by using this phone. After purchasing within weeks i faced a problem of 'phone not charging', discharging of phone imediately.i had already contacted to the service centre they had replaced my batteries 2 times till now and done software work 1 time.still the problems seems to be as it is. I had contacted to nearest service Center named 'micromax service centre'(infinity solutions) at pasalkar bhavan, shivaji nagar, pune. They rectified the problem. After 2 days i faced the same problem. They returned it back. I visited service center 3-4 times to rectify the problem. With in 2 months i have faced a lot of problem, whenever i goes to service center, i have to take leave from my job. It is so hactic for me. Please do the needful.my job order sheet no. is 1606. and it is showing some pending work..This time i dont want any service from your centre ..You just either handover a new peice or refund my money. Otherwise i would have to proceed to the consumer court situated at bibvewadi, pune.
